Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Plain-language terms for using FastPay Studio. They're short on purpose.
What FastPay Studio is
FastPay Studio is a free tool to make quotes, invoices and receipts as PDFs, right in your browser. There are no accounts, no paid plan and no watermark.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use it.
Your data
Everything you type stays in your browser's local storage, and the PDF is built on your device. Nothing you enter is uploaded to FastPay Studio.
We use cookieless analytics (Umami) that only count visits, downloads and tip clicks. They never see the contents of your documents.
If you clear your browser data, your saved work is deleted. Export a backup from Workspace now and then. We can't recover data we never had.
Not tax, legal or financial advice
The tool formats documents. It doesn't check rates, taxes or legal requirements, and nothing here is professional advice.
For Mexican clients, documents made with this tool are not a CFDI (factura). If your client needs a CFDI, issue it through the SAT portal or your PAC.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for what goes on your documents: amounts, taxes, client details and payment links. You're also responsible for following the rules that apply to you.
Don't use FastPay Studio for fraud or to impersonate anyone.
Tips
Tips are completely voluntary. The site never requires one, nothing is unlocked by tipping, and the tool works exactly the same with or without it.
Tips are processed by PayPal under PayPal's terms. Because a tip is a voluntary gift and not a payment for a product or service, FastPay Studio does not refund tips. This doesn't limit any rights you have under PayPal's policies or applicable consumer law.
If you sent a tip by mistake, for example a typo in the amount, get in touch and we'll look at it case by case.
No warranty
FastPay Studio is provided "as is". It may change or be unavailable at times.
To the extent the law allows, FastPay Studio isn't liable for losses that come from using it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top shows when. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
